My cat sometimes rubs against my leg when I am on the stairs, causing me to almost fall down the stairs and break my neck. It's a where's my food thing.

my kitty follows me on the stairs too. i think i have nailed her a few times on the way down. dumb thing.
i think its still cuz she's just a little, cutie, wootie, baby thing.

UPDATE!!!!!

well, the furniture is removed from my living room due to the fact that i had my carpet replaced today.
behind my bookcases, i had hung a large rug (yeah, little miss interior design, right here).
well, about 20 minutes ago, i looked over from this here pc...
and binx was climbing the freakin rug on the wall!!!!
i laughed my ass off!
it was a funny sight. she was just clinging there, clipping her way up to the ceiling.
then she stopped and did a 3 point triple twist off the rug.

the judges said that she failed to touch her toes during the twist.
she was awarded honorable mention.

I feel obliged to enter this kitty discussion (especially since I too have one). My cat is boring, old and goes exploring for days at a time. He always returns though and he's also a KUTE KITTY.

petless at the moment, but my friends kitty has:

1) a leather fetish. She's always gnawing at or rubbing against my jacket & boots.

2) loves facial hair. She'll always jump on my chest & push/comb her face across my beard. (It's not THAT scraggly!)

i have noticed something about my cat. maybe you can 'elp me with my research.

i am THOROUGHLY convinced that my cat has some sensation around males of any sort. especially humna males. she goes berzerk.
sitting on them. following them around. rubbing on them.
now...
i wonder if it may hafta do with those scent thingies that animals (even us) give off.
does anyone else notice this?????

my cat couldn't care less if i was sitting all damn day on the couch---
which means plenty of snuggly/pettin' time.
but BOY!!!!
if my landlord or neighbors or friends (males here) come over...BAM!!!! she's all up on it like me and hot, melted cheese.

what gives????

guess it could be due to hormones/pheremones, but she's always been an affectionate kitty.

Kinna goofy though, cause she's got such a leather/foot fetish, will stick her head way down into boots until she somehow gets "stuck", & we gotta pop the boot offa her head (dumb cat)......

Shatzy, I went into an office once and I was accosted by the office kitty.

The women sighed and said, "she does that with every male in who comes in here"!

The cat reminded me of a female with a feather boa outfit....I don't know why...

Perhaps she was a female in a previous life?

yeah, i was thinkin it had to do with pheremones.
but in all truth, i love the smell of leather too.
